Two weeks ago, we put a contract in on a new construction home (Bloomfield with Jason McFarlin) in The Bear Creek subdivision, in Grand Heritage in Lavon, TX. Rosie was there to assist us every step of the way. She made herself available for inspections when I was unable to be there. Closing on a home from a distance (Houston) could have been stressful. She alleviated all of the anxiety that my husband and I could have experienced in this transaction. Our contract closing date was August 14th, 2024.
