Rosie sold our house in no time flat for a price we never would have dreamed of choosing. Amazing! She is charming and enthusiastic. She seems to work really hard behind the scenes (to avoid people taking advantage). She even arranged to have people to come out and help work on the house before it was listed. That was an extra service we didn't expect! She even negotiated selling furniture to the new buyers that we knew we needed to dispose of one way or another (lawn mower, etc.). She also recommended a moving company to help us. All in all, it was a great experience with Rosie.
